Community Development Programme (CDP) is a flagship programme of Renovate India.Grassroots NGOs and CBOs (CBO) must have the Last Mile Reach as we believe they are a tool that carves community development.We believe in the Multiplier Effect that a community experiences because of the development of grassroot NGOs and CBOs. CDP is a three cycle programme beginning with strengthening the base of the organisation and ending with planning an exit strategy for the organisations, all this, through various training and hand-holding sessions. This programme makes the organisations reach a benchmark of completeness in terms of documentation and achieve regulate sustainability. The flow chart of the process has been explained below:

CSR Project Development & Management Service
Through our CSR- Project Development and Management Services, we work with Corporates (CSR) to execute (implement and manage) their Corporate Social Responsibility projects. This service also includes sourcing thematic NGOs and CBOs for specific projects and producing prompt relevant comprehensive reports to the respective corporate organization. Renovate India worked with United Phosphorous Limited, SGS, Colgate, Colgate Palmolive, IIFL Foundation, Mosambee, Glenmark Foundation, The New India Insurance, Transrail, MNGL, and Adroit.
